Order Queries

What size should I buy?

If you’re not quite sure which size is right for you, refer to our size guides. They’re located underneath the available sizes for each of our products.

Alternatively see 'Cards Sizes' under Product Information, FAQs, for a full list of all card sizes.

Can I change my delivery address once I have placed an Order?

If you have made a mistake with your order please let us know as soon as possible. This can be done by either email or phone (found under Contact Us).

However, we are unable to cancel or adjust orders once they have been dispatched.

If the item(s) are returned to us in there original condition we will send you a refund. We are unable to process a refund if the mistake was not made on our behalf.

Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! If you have made a mistake with your order please let us know as soon as possible. This can be done by email or phone (found under Contact Us).

However, we are unable to cancel or adjust orders once they have been dispatched.

Should the item(s) not work out, make sure to exchange for a preferred style or return for a refund.

All orders are shipped via Royal Mail.

Delivery Times

All orders are sent with Royal Mail.

First Class 1-2 working days

Second Class 2-3 working days

Cut off times for same day dispatch

All Card orders are dispatched same day up to 2pm*

Gifts are dispatched within the next working day (Monday -Friday)*

*Excludes Bank Holidays

What is the shipping policy?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information.

Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.

Do you ship overseas?

At the current time we are unable to ship orders over seas.

We are hoping this will become an option in the future.

I received the wrong order

So sorry to hear this. Your orders are hand picked meaning, on rare occasions, they are subject o human error.

Please contact us as soon as possible, so we can send you a replacement at no extra cost to yourself.

My order arrived damaged

We send our orders in suitable packaging to prevent damage, however, unfortunately occasionally damage occurs in transit.

Please contact us with a photo of your damaged order, and a replacement will be sent at no extra cost to yourself.

My order hasn't arrived

So sorry to hear this. All card orders are dispatched same day up to 2pm. Occasionally, orders may be delayed or can get lost in Royal Mails postal system. Please wait a couple of extra days and hopefully your order has simply been delayed and will be delivered soon.

Alternatively, please contact us so if your order has not arrived within a normal time frame so we can send a replacement if convenient.

Payment Details

When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are processed upon receipt of your order in its original condition. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.

Depending on the bank's processing time, it can take anywhere from 5-10 business days to show up on your bank account.

If you have not received your refund within this time frame, please contact us.
